QUEER PROM

  • The annual Queer Prom is a collaboration of local LGBTQIA2S+ organizations that serve BIPOC youth including Reach LA, Latino Equality Alliance, Rainbow Labs, Connect 2 Protect LA and CRSELA.

    The Queer Prom is an affirming space where LGBTQIA2S+ youth and allies ages 14 to 18 can celebrate their identities freely and joyfully. Taking place in late Spring, the Queer Prom is a free event filled with music, live performances, dancing, food, community resources, and more.

    A youth committee is formed to organize the event while developing leadership and collaboration skills.

  • El Queer Prom anual es una colaboración de organizaciones locales LGBTQIA2S+ que sirven a jóvenes BIPOC, incluyendo Reach LA, Latino Equality Alliance, Rainbow Labs, Connect 2 Protect LA y CRSELA.

    El Queer Prom es un espacio afirmativo donde jóvenes LGBTQIA2S+ y aliados de 14 a 18 años pueden celebrar sus identidades de manera libre y alegre. Realizado a finales de la primavera, el Queer Prom es un evento gratuito lleno de música, presentaciones en vivo, baile, comida, recursos comunitarios y más.

    En febrero, se forma un comité juvenil para organizar el evento mientras desarrollan habilidades de liderazgo y colaboración.
