Lxs Sobrinx

  • Lxs Sobrinxs (a gender neutral version of “Las Sobrinas”) is a mentorship program for trans and gender expansive youth and girls ages 15 to 17 to gain leadership and collaborations skills while working with CRSELA core organizers and fellow Sobrinxs in planning programming and community events.

    As a Sobrinxs, you will gain hands-on experience in project management, event planning techniques, problem solving, public speaking, community building, and more.

    We also offer Lxs Sobrinxs compensation for their time organizing, support with instruments, letters of recommendation, and community service hours (if accepted by their school.)

  • Lxs Sobrinxs (una versión de género neutral de “Las Sobrinas”) es un programa de mentoría para jóvenes trans y de género expansivo y niñas de entre 15 y 17 años, para que adquieran habilidades de liderazgo y colaboración mientras trabajan con lxs organizadores principales de CRSELA y compañerxs Sobrinxs en la planificación de programación y eventos comunitarios.

    Como Sobrinx, adquirirás experiencia práctica en gestión de proyectos, técnicas de planificación de eventos, resolución de problemas, hablar en público, construcción de comunidad y mucho más.

    También ofrecemos a lxs Sobrinxs compensación por su tiempo organizando, apoyo con herramientas, cartas de recomendación y horas de servicio comunitario (si son aceptadas por su escuela).
